Community Service the Movie is an independent horror movie filmed in Upstate New York. The movie is about a young boy named Billy Fouls, who between losing his father at a young age and being a victim of bullying ended up in the a psychiatric hospital for the majority of his youth. The film primarily takes place in modern time, Roughly 20 years after Billy is sent to the Mental Institution. Billy, now an adult (played by William Meyer) discovers that one of his old childhood tormentors (Christopher Woods) is now in charge of running a local community service program, which is taking place at a campground a few miles away from the psychiatric center.
Billy takes on the persona of “Wild Bill” and leaves the Mental Institution during a violent and daring escape to seek his revenge on his former tormentor, turning a weekend of Community Service for 8 unlucky teens into a weekend of terror and bloodshed.
Community Service The Movie began production in August of 2008, and is currently after years of unforeseen obstacles, was finished in 2013. Community Service The Movie has won numerous independent horror movie awards and was seen in Multiple film festivals through out the United States.
